• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

International Shipping

• We currently ship to select international destinations.

• Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

• Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and other charges which are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

Shipping Address

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete.

• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage.

• If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in locating it or issuing a replacement.
